What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to process your orders and provide customer support:

Name, email address, and shipping address (for order fulfillment)
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)
Order history (for customer service and legal/tax requirements)
Contact form messages (to respond to your inquiries)

No Google Tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Fonts, Google reCAPTCHA, or any other Google service that tracks your behavior. Your browsing data is never sent to Google.

Analytics

We use privacy-first analytics to understand how our site is used, without tracking you personally:

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Basic traffic data (page views, countries, devices). No cookies. No personal data collected. Provided by Cloudflare as part of our security infrastructure.

Umami Analytics

Anonymous event tracking (e.g., which products are viewed most). No cookies. No personal identifiers. Data is aggregated — we cannot identify individual visitors.

Security

We use the following services to protect your data and our site:

Cloudflare

DNS, CDN, DDoS protection, SSL encryption, and bot protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare processes requests to deliver content securely but does not sell or share your data.

Stripe

Payment processing. Your card information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Email Communications

We send two types of emails:

Transactional — Order confirmations, shipping notifications, password resets. These are always sent regardless of your notification settings.
Marketing — Newsletters and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or in your account settings.

Data Retention & Account Closure

You can close your account at any time from your profile settings. When you close your account:

Personal information (name, email, addresses) is removed immediately
Order history is retained for legal and tax purposes
You have 30 days to reopen your account by signing back in
After 30 days, the closure becomes permanent

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage most of this through your account settings. For any requests we cannot handle through the site, please contact us.
